We have received our building permit, allowing us to begin mobilization and construction on site. At the direction of the city’s staff, we will be implementing their required Construction Management Plan that includes new vehicular, biking and pedestrian traffic patterns. We ask that those in the area heed the signage and comply with the traffic patterns.

The demolition permit has officially been issued, and demolition is scheduled to begin this week.

The demolition phase is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete. This work marks an important step forward as we prepare the site for construction of this thoughtfully designed multifamily development in the heart of downtown Evanston.
