Anticipated 2027 rents are expected to be approximately $2,200 for studios, $2,750 for one-bedroom apartments, $3,800 for two-bedroom apartments, and $6,950-$6,985 for three-bedroom apartments. Check back for more information as we get closer to welcoming residents to The Legacy.

Please submit a Contact Us form and let us know you are interested in renting an apartment. At this time, we do not have an official waiting list; however, we will announce when one becomes available to our newsletter subscribers first.

Affordable Housing Interest?

The Affordable Housing Units will be rented in accordance with the rates set forth by the Illinois Housing Development Authority, which is estimated in 2027 to be: $1,288, $1,377 and $1,653 for a studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, respectively, for those at 60% of Average Median Income (AMI).

A limited number of affordable housing units be available and will leased exclusively through the City of Evanston’s partner, Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH). Interested parties are urged to begin the CPAH preapplication process at https://cpah.fillout.com/inclusionarywaitlistpreapp or by contacting CPAH by phone at 847-263-7478.
