Floor Plans & Pricing
Anticipated 2027 rents are expected to be approximately $2,200 for studios, $2,750 for one-bedroom apartments, and $3,800 for two-bedroom apartments.
Floor plans will be thoughtfully designed with style, functionality, and everyday living in mind. Additional floor plan details—including layouts, square footage, and floor plan renderings—are expected to be available in Q4 2026. Check back for more information as we get closer to welcoming residents to The Legacy.
Affordable Housing Units
The Affordable Housing Units will be rented in accordance with the rates set forth by the Illinois Housing Development Authority, which is estimated in 2027 to be: $1,288, $1,377 and $1,653 for a studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, respectively, for those at 60% of Average Median Income (AMI).
A limited number of affordable housing units be available and will leased exclusively through the City of Evanston’s partner, Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH).
