Demolition Permit Issued for The Legacy

Evanston, IL — We’re happy to share another exciting milestone for The Legacy at 1621 Chicago Avenue. The demolition permit has officially been issued, and demolition is scheduled to begin this week.

The demolition phase is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete. This work marks an important step forward as we prepare the site for construction of this thoughtfully designed multifamily development in the heart of downtown Evanston.
